Broken glass strewn across the pavement, a house with a bullet hole in its door and a front window shattered.
This was the dramatic aftermath in Douglas Road, Handsworth, following an ‘extremely worrying’ shooting on Wednesday night (Feb 3).
Concerned neighbours heard ‘three gunshots’ ring out in the residential street before clocking the sound of a car speeding away at around 10.15pm.
Though luckily no one was hurt in the incident, there was damage to the door and window of a house and to the car parked outside.
